What Is In Berry White Chocolate Pudding?
Berries
Strawberries and blueberries are used in this recipe, adding a light and fresh summer taste to this pudding dessert.
Oreos
This recipe calls for 1 large package of Oreos. Any brand of chocolate sandwich cookies similar to Oreos will work in this recipe.
Cream Cheese
This recipe uses 2, 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese. The second package of cream cheese really gives this dessert a cheesecake taste that is creamy and delicious.
Sweetened condensed milk
The can of sweetened condensed milk in this recipe makes the pudding layer smooth and sweet! This recipe calls for one 14 ounce can.
Milk
2 cups of 2% or whole milk will work great in this recipe.
White Chocolate flavored Instant Pudding Mix
When creating this recipe, I was searching for Cream Cheese Flavored Instant Pudding, but found the White Chocolate Flavor in my store instead. I am so glad that I replaced my original choice with White Chocolate, because it gives the pudding mixture the perfect taste of white chocolate and pairs well with the cream cheese used in this recipe.
Cool Whip
1 container of frozen whipped topping is thawed, and then carefully folded into the pudding mixture, making it light and fluffy.

How To Make Berry White Chocolate Pudding
To make Berry White Chocolate Pudding, First Crush Oreos using a food processor. You can also put the Oreos into a gallon sized food storage bag, and crush them using a rolling pin or squeeze the bag until cookies are crumbled. Set aside about 1/4 of a cup or less of crushed cookies to add to the topping later.

Next, transfer crushed Oreos into a medium sized bowl. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter and pour over Oreos. Mix the crushed Oreos and butter together until well combined.

Cover the bottom of a 13×9 dish with Oreo and butter mixture, pressing cookies into a firm layer. Freeze the cookie layer for about 10 minutes.

Combine 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 blocks of cream cheese in a bowl using a hand mixer, or mix by hand until smooth. Add two boxes of white chocolate pudding mix to the cream cheese mixture along with 2 cups of milk. Mix again until fully incorporated. Fold 1 container of whipped topping into the pudding mixture.

Remove the 13×9 dish from the freezer, and top with a layer of berries, covering the layer of crushed cookies. (Be sure to reserve about 1 cup of berries for the topping) Pour the pudding mixture over the berries, covering the berries completely. Top with the remaining crushed cookies and berries. Refrigerate dessert for 1 hour for the best bite, or eat immediately!
