A Simple and Sweet Lemonade To Enjoy All Summer Long
As soon as school let out for my son’s summer break, we quickly began our summer bucket list. One of the first things that we wanted to do on our list was to have a lemonade stand in our back yard. Check out our full list of Kids Activities For The Summer.
We went to Chick-fil-A for lunch that day, and brought home their new Cloud Berry Lemonade, along with their original Lemonade. We thought that it would be fun to compare three different recipes and give a vote on each of our favorites.
After making our own homemade lemonade recipe, we poured each of the different kinds of lemonades into a glass carafe.
We then set up our picnic table outside as a lemonade stand, complete with a white table cloth, lemonade for sale sign, and white wooden crate.
We had the best time tasting the different flavors, and pretending to sell lemonade at our own stand!

After tasting the lemonades, we all agreed that our homemade lemonade was our favorite of the three! It was simple and sweet without being too much. It was light and fresh and just tart enough. Making this homemade lemonade recipe together will now forever be a new summer tradition.
