Valentine’s Day Kabobs
I believe that strawberries are made for chocolate, and chocolate is made for Valentine’s Day!
These delicious dessert kabobs are made with sweet strawberries, fluffy heart marshmallows and yummy brownie bites. With a milk chocolate drizzle on top, this is the perfect Valentine’s treat for any fruit lover with a sweet tooth (like me).
How To Make Valentine’s Day Kabobs
To make this sweet treat, you will need a boxed brownie mix, brownie bites from the store, or homemade brownies. For this recipe, I used a boxed brownie mix, following the instructions on the box, then rolling them into 1-1 1/2 inch balls after they have cooled.
Next, wash and prepare strawberries by cutting off the tops. You can make these extra fancy by cutting the tops in a V shape to create a strawberry heart, or make it super easy and even buy them pre cut.
For the marshmallows, I used Jet-Puffed strawberry heart marshmallows for a cute Valentine’s design, but you can use any type of marshmallow that you like.
Next, stick the ingredients onto a 6 inch kabob stick. The ingredient pattern that I used for this Valentine’s snack is marshmallow, brownie, strawberry, brownie marshmallow.
Lastly, once you have assembled your kabobs, melt about 1/3 cup of chocolate chips in a microwaveable container. Once melted, drizzle them over the top of the prepared kabobs.
