White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake Fluff is made with a cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture, combined with white chocolate pudding and whipped cream. The berries and marshmallows make it a fresh and sweet treat perfect for a light dessert.
How To Make White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake Fluff
First wash and prepare fruit, cutting up 2 lbs of strawberries into small bite sized pieces.
Then combine 1/4-1/2 block of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt, using a hand mixer until smooth.
Next mix 2oz of instant white chocolate pudding mix with 1 1/2 cup of milk.
Immediately add in the cream cheese mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in 8oz container of whipped topping along with fruit and mini marshmallows.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

- 1/4 Block Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2oz instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 8oz Container Whipped Topping
- 1 Pint Blueberries
- 2 lbs Strawberries
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Salt
Instructions
- Prepare fruit, cutting strawberries into bite sized pieces.
- Mix 1/4 block cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar using a hand mixer, adding in vanilla and pinch of salt.
- In separate bowl mix milk with pudding mixture.
- Immediately combine cream cheese mixture with pudding.
- Fold in whipped cream, berries, and marshmallows.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
