If you’re like me, you may find yourself browsing the pantry or refrigerator for something sweet more than a few times a day. I have always loved a key lime pie, and when I came across key lime yogurt that included a white chocolate and graham cracker topping, I was hooked. This quickly became my nightly treat to myself, but I only ever bought a few at a time, because they can be costly. I’m always looking for a diy version of snack foods, and came up with this simple version of the greek yogurt treat that I love. This recipe is so simple, that it almost isn’t a recipe at all, but I thought I would share how I make and store my own key lime pie greek yogurt with a graham cracker and white chocolate topping.
How To Make Key Lime Pie Yogurt At Home

First, Zest two limes into a 32 ounce container of plain greek yogurt.

Then squeeze in the juice of one lime.
Mix yogurt well with a spoon, adjusting the amount of juice and zest to taste.



Transfer lime yogurt into a clear 32 oz Mason Jar. You can also just leave the yogurt in the container that you mixed it in. I just think this look is so pretty!

For the topping, crunch up 6 or so honey graham crackers in a zip lock bag, or in the bag that they come in. Pour graham cracker crumbs into a separate mason jar or container.

Top graham crackers with your desired amount of white chocolate chips. I add about 3/4 of the bag.

Refrigerate jar of key lime yogurt, and store the crumble topping at room temperature. Thats’s it!
When ready to eat, scoop a few spoon fulls of yogurt into a bowl and top with your crunchy white chocolate and graham cracker mixture.

Ingredients
- Zest of 2 Limes
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 32 oz Container of Plain Greek Yogurt
- 6-8 Honey Graham Crackers
- 1/2 - 3/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Notes
- Add the zest of 2 limes into a 32 oz container of plain Greek yogurt
- Add in the juice of one lime
- Mix well and transfer yogurt into mason jar (optional)
- Crush up 6-8 graham crackers up and add to a separate mason jar or container
- Top jar of graham crackers with 1/2 - 3/4 cups of white chocolate chips (depending of preference)
- Shake jar of chocolate and graham cracker topping to mix the 2 ingredients
- Refrigerate jar of lime yogurt and store jar of toppings at room temperature until ready to eat.
